All of the Richards Chassis are made from 2.5 mm British Steel and come Galvanized as standard. Once galvanized their chassis are taken back into the workshop and rectified. All holes are re-drilled and re-tapped before standard suspension bushes are fitted before delivery.
Richards Chassis builds the last suffix of the Series 3 Chassis which is Land Rover's final leaf sprung design. This features extra bracing and gussets making it far superior to earlier suffix designs.
